A: Simply click on the type of product you wish to replace (e.g. Flat Lens, Wraparound Diffusers, Drops, etc.) and click on the product link. Then print out the Order Sheet, follow the instructions, and fax your specifications to the nearest Malcolite regional sales. Our team will provide you with a quotation and follow-up directly with you.

A: Our staff has over 100 years of combined lighting industry experience. We carefully review your specifications and match them to our detailed database of products and production tooling. If we are unable to locate a match, we may request an original product sample from you. We guarantee to produce a replacement cover that will fit your application based on your specifications.

A: Immediately call your local sales office and notify them of the problem. If you call within 7 days of receiving the product, we will gladly file a freight claim on your behalf and ship out replacements to you. Unfortunately, we must notify the carrier very quickly and will be unable to file the claim if you notify us later then 7 days from date of delivery. In this case, you will need to contact the freight or ground carrier directly to file a claim. Any replacement parts will require a new purchase order and you will be responsible for payment for the parts and freight to ship the replacements.

A: Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Malcolite offers credit to approved customers on Net 30 days terms. Freight is PPD/ADD and is quoted from the warehouse or factory in which the material will ship. We will provide an estimated freight cost at the time of the quotation if requested. No returns may be made without prior written authorization.
